these are some of Mike Perry's work that i wanted to select out as i felt that the designs we're based around the subject matter that interests me and is my focus for my selected briefs. i like how he has taken a landscape of forest and natural environments and create type out of this. especially the "Green issue" design as it shows a landscape but the type with in it is clear but uses natural shapes to create it such as a lake, set of trees etc. something that i would like to produce would be using the shapes of natural objects whether it is animals or plant forms i will need to look into but i think this could potentially create some great appropriate pieces of work that are aesthetic and interesting to look at.
